Part 1: It Starts with Provenance and Precision

Getting AI to produce an answer from a technical document takes seconds. Getting your team to trust that answer is what takes work — and it usually starts with one question: "Where did that come from?"

When a generated output can't be traced back to a source, it can't be used to make a decision. It can be interesting. It can even be correct. But without a verifiable chain back to the underlying data, it stays in the category of input rather than answer. And that's not enough for the kind of work that actually moves organisations forward.
