This Code of Conduct defines how we act, collaborate, and grow — with our customers, our partners, and each other. Our core principles are integrity, excellence, responsibility, trust, and accountability. All team members share responsibility for upholding these values.

Purpose and Scope
This Code applies to employees, board members, interns, contractors, and representatives of Cube5. It helps individuals understand ethical standards, make values-aligned decisions, and identify resources for ethical concerns.
Partners, suppliers, and customers are expected to maintain similar principles.
Legal Compliance and Ethical Standards
Cube5 follows all applicable laws, including GDPR, intellectual property regulations, AI transparency requirements, and labor laws. Staff uncertain about compliance should contact the Cube5 Ethics & Compliance Office.
Using AI Responsibly
The organization commits to:

Protecting Assets and Data

- CybersecurityStrong passwords, reporting suspicious activity, following IT protocols.
- Appropriate UseNo inappropriate, illegal, or non-work uses of Cube5 systems.
Conflicts of Interest
Staff must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests. Examples include:
- Hiring or supervising relatives
- Accepting gifts or favors from customers or vendors
- Side work for competitors or customers
- Sharing confidential information for personal benefit
Uncertain situations should be disclosed to the Ethics & Compliance Office.
Communications, Media, and Social Platforms
Only authorized spokespeople may represent Cube5 publicly.

Employees and contractors witnessing or suspecting unethical behavior should report to:
