This Code of Conduct defines how we act, collaborate, and grow — with our customers, our partners, and each other. It is more than a set of rules; it reflects the values that define us:  integrity, excellence, responsibility, trust, and accountability.


Regardless of your role, where you work, or your seniority, each of us is responsible for upholding these principles. Let’s continue to build Cube5 together — with excellence and integrity hand in hand.”

At Cube5, our values are embedded in everything we do:

Purpose and Scope of the Code

This Code of Conduct applies to all Cube5 employees, board members, interns, contractors, and anyone acting on behalf of the company. It is designed to help you:

  • Understand and apply our ethical standards
  • Make decisions aligned with our values and responsibilities
  • Know where to turn when facing an ethical dilemma

We also expect our partners, suppliers, and customers to uphold similar principles when working with us.

Legal Compliance and Ethical Standards

We comply with the laws and regulations of every country where we operate. This includes — but is not limited to — regulations concerning data privacy (like the GDPR), intellectual property, AI transparency, and labor laws. If you are unsure whether a practice complies with applicable law or our internal policies contact the Cube5 Ethics & Compliance Office.

Using AI Responsibly

As an AI company, we are committed to ethical AI development and deployment. That means:

• Accuracy: We design systems to be correct and verifiable.

• Transparency: We are clear about AI capabilities and limitations.

• Privacy by Design: We safeguard customer data as our own.

• Human Oversight: We believe AI should augment, not replace, human judgment in critical decisions.

All Cube5 employees involved in product, engineering, design, research, and sales have a duty to uphold these principles.


Respect in the Workplace

We believe every team member deserves an engaging, productive, and respectful work environment.

Protecting Assets and Data

We are all responsible for safeguarding our company’s assets:

  • Confidential Information: We do not share or misuse confidential business data, customer information, or proprietary algorithms.
  • Intellectual Property: We respect our IP and that of others. Never use or copy third-party code, datasets, or content without a proper license.
  • Cybersecurity: We use strong passwords, report suspicious activity, and follow IT protocols.
  • Appropriate Use of Technology: We do not use Cube5 systems or tools for inappropriate, illegal, or non-work-related purposes.

Conflicts of Interest

We act in the best interests of Cube5, and avoid situations where your personal interests could conflict with those of the company. Common examples include:

  • Hiring or supervising a relative
  • Accepting gifts or favors from customers or vendors
  • Working for a competitor or customer on the side
  • Sharing confidential information for personal gain

When in doubt, disclose the situation by contacting the Cube5 Ethics & Compliance Office.

Communications, Media, and Social Platforms

Only authorized spokespeople may speak publicly on behalf of Cube5.

  • Social Media: Use common sense. Do not disclose confidential info or make misleading statements about Cube5, our partners, or customers.
  • Press and Analysts: Relay all inquiries to the PR or Executive team.
  • Public Representations: Be respectful, honest, and clear when representing Cube5 in professional settings.

Customer and Partner Relations

Trust is the foundation of our business. We:

  • Honor contracts and agreements
  • Never engage in bribery, corruption, or favoritism
  • Compete fairly and do not misrepresent competitors
  • Treat partners, customers, and suppliers with respect and transparency

Sustainability and Social Responsibility

We strive to build not only a strong company, but better outcomes for our customers and society at large. Cube5 supports:

  • Sustainable work habits and operations

Speaking Up and Reporting Misconduct

 As a Cube5 employee or sub-contractor, if you witness or suspect unethical behavior, report it. You may speak with:

You can report anonymously where permitted by law. Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited.
